Spacious Studio Apartment, newly renovated apartment located on second floor of 3 family brownstone on a beautiful quiet tree-lined block in the Historic District of Stuyvesant Heights in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Small refrigerator, microwave oven, 1 television with cable, hardwood floors, lots of natural lighting. Dance/Yoga (360/sq. ft.) studio with mirrored walls + full bathroom (92/sq. ft) (by appointment only). We can make arrangements for private classes from a wide variety of New York dance and yoga instructors (Please give ample notice of dates and type of lessons requested). Four different subway lines. 10-15 min. subway ride to lower Manhattan. PayPal and Credit Cards are accepted for reservations.

Only a few short blocks to the Nostrand subway station on the blue line (trains A & C) means you're minutes away from Wall Street, Greenwich Village, Penn Station, ... even Columbus Circle and the upper west side. Very convenient to be so close to the A and C line.

The apartment is in a beautiful old brownstone on a quiet street. Around the corner is Ms. Dahlia's, perfect for your first coffee of the day, on your way to the subway.

The apartment is nothing fancy, but it's clean, it's bright (gorgeous back yard out the windows) and it's in an area that would feel perfectly safe for even a single woman.
