This sparkling, brand-new, Victorian home is available year round for your next summer, fall foliage, or ski vacation. A gorgeous wraparound porch, that has seasonal views of Lake Mansfield, is perfect for dining al fresco or just taking in the local color. You are a quick walk into downtown Great Barrington which is home to scores of delightful restaurants, shops, galleries, and theater venues. Great Barrington is just two-and-one-half hours from New York City and Boston. This lovely home is only a short 5 minute drive to Ski Butternut and only 20 minute drive to Catamount ski resort. There is a ground floor master with queen bedroom/bathroom suite; upstairs there is a large bedroom with two twin beds, and two more bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. One of these queen bedrooms has its own attached bathroom and another small sleeping area with a full futon bed. A total of five bedrooms, this home can easily accommodate up to ten people.

Great Barrington is known for its galleries, fine restaurants, local farm stand - just a 5 min. walk, shopping, movies, live theater, food shopping (Guidos the Co-op and now a super Big Y) and upscale fine dining... Just 20 minutes from Lenox : home to Tanglewood, Shakespeare & Co, and other fine galleries, dining, and shops, and only 15 mins. to Stockbridge.
