I often read these reviews and property details with some scepticism but I think my children's views will portray how we felt about our our stay.

My 15 year old daughter asked her dad if he could arrange for her to stay here for her honeymoon and my 13 year old son asked his dad if we could buy it.

I think that says it all. We were 4 happy visitors form the UK who took a leap of faith and were most definately not disappointed.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home in late July 2009, having spent the previous week in Orlando.
It is a wonderful house, with everything you could possibly need provided, and then some! Dolphins swam past the patio nearly every day, sometimes twice a day, magical!
The location is superb, supermarkets are nearby if you don't want to eat out every night, and lots of beaches to choose from, once you cross the intercoastal waterway.
Definitely one of the best Florida homes we have stayed in. Thanks, Caroline and Stan.

Absolutely gorgeous, high end house on the water!

This house is absolutely terrific. It is in a great area, with lots of cute restaurants and raw bars nearby. The grocery is a one minute drive. The house is extremely well equipped, with everything you'd expect and much more. The bed is super comfortable, there are flat screen TVs everywhere (2 in the master bedroom, if you can believe -- no more fighting over the remote), great couches throughout, a dart board, a basketball game, pool toys -- you name it, it's in this house. We saw dolphins playing on the water just about every morning, and had a great time fishing off the dock. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short by a family emergency back home, but we have vowed to come back and enjoy this gorgeous place again soon.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
