This wonderfully appointed Condo is in the family-friendly Samoset condominium complex. The property has over 1000 feet of shoreline, which includes a private beach and boat docking for pick up and drop off only. There are 2 pools and chairs are provided at the beach and pools. There is a wonderful clubhouse, 2 tennis courts and loads of open space for the family to roam. The condo is an air-conditioned townhouse style with approximately 1400 sq. ft. of living space, which includes 2 bedrooms, a loft, living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, an open deck with barbecue, a screened porch and a washer & dryer. The unit sleeps 8 adults & a baby comfortably: Master (Queen), 2nd Bedroom (2 twins & a full size-crib), Loft (Queen pull-out sofa), Living Room (Queen pull-out sofa). You can easily enjoy nearby Weirs Beach, Meredith, Laconia, Alton Bay & Wolfboro. For those who ski, Gunstock Mountain is a 5 mile drive and Waterville Valley and North Conway are about 1 hour.

The property was in a great location for the western shores of Winnipesaukee. The condo was very clean and comfortable, with great facilities for a family with elementary/teenage children including TV/DVD, internet, outside deck/screen porch, grill. Not really suitable for toddlers due to multi-level with a lot of stairs. Complex was well kept, very quiet, great aspect above the lake. Great pool, access to the lake with swimming and docks (although the beach was not really suitable for sandcastles etc), tennis courts and full court basketball. Ellacoya state park only 1/4 mile away with fantastic, shallow beach great for young children. Also a perfect location for Timberman triathlon festival. Easy drive to Laconia, Storyland, Squam Lakes Natural Science Center, Weirs beach, Meredith.
