Located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, our lake house is just 5 minutes from Canyon Lake boat ramps and 20 minutes from Schlitterbahn Water Park and the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers. With a hot tub and 650 sq feet of decks with lake view, this is a roomy and relaxing place for a vacation. Delightful, warm and comfy for all seasons! This is Texas, so central A/C and ceiling fans are everywhere! Ceiling fan on the lower deck, three in the living room, one in the kitchen, and a fan in master and second bedrooms. We can sleep 6 adults and 2 children. We welcome visitors but have a STRICT policy against unnecessary noise and disturbance. No excess noise is permitted after 10:00 p.m.

So our guest house is easy to get to and serves as a great base of operation for any number of recreational activities. Bring your boat, your raft, your tubes - and take off for days of fun! Or if you enjoy the quieter pleasures, feed the deer in the back yard, curl up on the porch and read, or soak away in the hot tub!

This rental was AMAZING and met our needs perfectly. A group of 8 girls enjoyed a weekend getaway and we could not imagine finding a better place. This house was everything we expected and much more! It's location was perfect, far enough out of the city that it felt you were able to retreat but close enough to feel that you had everything you need. We enjoyed both the house and the lake which is literally just a couple minutes down the road. The views were spectacular! The 2 huge decks were great for hanging out, enjoying the hot tub, sunbathing and star gazing! The house itself was very clean and had a comfortable, homey feel. You could relax the minute you walked through the door.
The owners for this rental were so accomodating and such a joy to work with when going through the rental process. They were quick to answers questions regarding the property and encourged us to make their place ours. And thankfully we got to meet them while passing through New Braunfels, which was such a joy!
I highly recommend this property!
