This luxury 2 bedroom Waterside Condominium is located in Lakeside Montana, on Flathead Lake, 15 minutes south of Kalispell on Hwy 93 South. Flathead lake is the largest fresh water lake west of the Mississippi. Giant Lake Trout and Northern Pike abound in the lake. Waterside Condominiums are on 5 level acres and walkways with over 500 ft of private waterfront and docks. There is a professionally equipped workout room open year round and a heated outdoor spa open during summer months. The center courtyard has a fire pit, barbecues with a entertainment patio. The quaint town of Lakeside is nestled along the northwest shore of Flathead Lake and offers skiing on Blacktail Mountain, fine dining, groceries, cafes, live entertainment and health services. To the North, the thriving city of Kalispell offers fine dining, one of a kind shops, movie theaters, parks, museums/art galleries and views of Glacier National Park. AUTUMN is also a great time to visit the Flathead Valley!

Blacktail Mountain ski resort is in Lakeside about 13 miles from Waterside. Big Mountain ski resort ( now known as Whitefish Mountain resorts) is about 40 miles north in the town of Whitefish which also offers numerous fine dining establishments, one of a kind shops, cafes with fresh roasted coffee, bicycle rentals, art galleries and local brewed beer at Great Northern Brewing Co. For the golfer or hiker, Bigfork is on the northeast shore of Flathead Lake, offering the acclaimed Eagle Bend Golf Club and Jewel Basin hiking about 15 miles north east of Lakeside. For the hiker and sightseer, Glacier National Park is 'the crown jewel of the continent' about 50 miles northeast. Mission Mountain Winery is directly 20 miles south open May through October, with the wine tasting room open daily 10-5.

  • All Fees Due 30 Days Prior To Arrival Date. Security deposit of $500.00 is required to book and hold the reservation. Security deposit is refunded within 5 business days of departure date. Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 Am. Visa and Master Card gladly accepted. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival date and will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee.
  • Waterside Vacation Rentals require a one week minimum rental time according to the Bylaws as set forth by the Homeowners Association.( 7 nights stay)

Better than expected!

A lot of the places we looked into were very rustic. We found this condo online and it was absolutely perfect! It was obvious the condo's were new. The one we stayed in has definitely been rented and not lived in. It's missing a couple basic necessities (iron, ironing board, hangers, salt & pepper, chairs on the patio) otherwise it was great! There was a fantastic bakery within walking distance and a place to rent boats across the street. A great way to take advantage of the lake! The property offered a hot tub, grills, and swimming area at the lake. There was a gym but we spent most of the time running/walking outdoors because there was a nearby road just along Flathead Lake. We'd love to stay here again sometime and would highly recommend it.
Owner's Response: We will get those basic necessities and look forward to sharing the property and the beautiful Flathead Lake with all future guests.
