Our comfortable and cozy fourth floor holiday flat provides an ideal location to enjoy the best of the Florida Keys. What are you looking for in your next vacation? How about a family adventure filled with snorkeling the only living coral reef in the United States, swimming with the dolphins and an educational ecological tour of the Everglades? Notes: This fourth floor unit has two bedrooms, a bath and a half and a wonderful view of the bay. One bedroom has a king bed and the second has a queen bed. There is also a queen sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a microwave. There are two cable televisions, a stereo, VCR and DVD player. There is a free washer and dryer in the unit. Naturally it is air-conditioned. The Moon Bay complex has an elevator and the unit comes with a reserved covered parking space and a 30' boat dock, if needed. Because we stay there as well, we try to add some things we would want in a vacation rental including laundry soap, dryer sheets, paper towels, soft toilet paper, tissue, dishwasher soap, dish soap, soap, shampoo and conditioner and general cleaning products. We just finished doing a lot of updating to the unit over the last month -- new fridge, stove, bedding and hardwood floors in the bedrooms. Please contact us for our web site address.
