Situated in the picturesque village of Owls Head, Annie's Village House is full of classic New England charm with all the modern conveniences in an updated, Colonial Revival Farmhouse. The setting and amenities provide ideal circumstances for relaxing, touring, and exploring the Rockland and Camden areas. The 1891 home features three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The entire house is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. The eat in kitchen will support all of your cooking needs. Next door is the world's best general store with award winning breakfasts and lunches served daily. Annie knows a thing or two about cooking, because she ran the store for ten years! Grocery items, soda, and wine are available for your daily adventures. A five minute walk down the hill takes you to a wharf, where you can buy lobster right off the boat. A 10 minute walk is the historic Owls Head Lighthouse. There are sandy beaches only 5 minutes away by car.

  • There are two staircases at each end of the house leading up to separate bedroom quarters. At one end is the private master suite, where there are two twin beds that convert to a king and private full bathroom. At the other end are two bedrooms; both with queen beds. A bathroom with tub and hand-held spray nozzle is in between both bedrooms. All bedrooms have skylights that make them bright and cheery!

Annie's House was the perfect home base to explore the surrounding mid-coast towns. The accomodations couldnt have been better! Immaculate, well stocked with all the little extras that made this rental very cozy and homey. The General Store right next to the house was definately a bonus! Awesome burgers! Anne was a wonderful hostess, Thank You :)
