A wonderful "Home away From Home"
Right from the time of booking, we were treated so well by owners, Cath and Bob. Things were easily arranged, questions answered, information given. The condo is situated in one of the loveliest areas of Kihea. We walked the area and both agreed that we liked the area we were in the best.
The condo itself is warm and welcoming. Our needs had been anticipated and we didn't lack for anything. The queen bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels, including beach towels! The kitchen was well furnished too.
We could sit on our little lanai in the morning and look out at the ocean and hear & see the various birds. People in the building were very friendly - many have been coming back for 20 - 30 years, so that tells you something about Kihea Surfside! It s well run. Francine in the office is helpful and pleasant.
(Note - you don't really need to rent a car for the whole time you are there. There is great airport shuttle service and the buses are good and leave right outside the Surfside. We will just rent one as needed, next time.)
We hope to come back to Unit 210 next year. It was a lovely unit and we had a great time there. Thank you, Cath and Bob.
