The location of the property is PERFECT. The furnishings, bathrooms, fixtures, not so much. We stayed on the lower level and could hear every footstep taken and every word spoken of the folks who rented above us. The rooms were odd at best (in one room you have to walk in and then close the door to move past one of the beds; in another, the headboard is a king and the bed a queen AND the window of this room fronts the other renters patio. If they hang out on the front patio, it's as if they are in the room with you. Yet another room has an exit going to the other renters outdoor shower and outdoor patio area). Very odd! Plastic covers on chairs and the kitchen table, cheap slip covers on the super old living room furniture, which wouldn't stay on. The place is super expensive and not even worth half of what you pay. Oh - and you pay all up front. To end on a positive note though, the location is absolutely fantastic.
