This single family centrally air-conditioned reverse living home is located in tranquil Holgate on LBI and is the third house from the beach. It features accommodations for 8 with a master suite with a queen size bed, full private bath and Cable TV & VCR, a guest bedroom with a queen size bed small color TV and ocean view, and two additional bedrooms with two twin beds each. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The house offers two large fully furnished decks with loungers, tables, umbrellas, chairs and gas grill. The upper deck provides views of both the ocean as well as the Little Egg Inlet and the Atlantic City Casinos. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, silverware, etc. There are also ceiling fans throughout the house. The living room is equipped with Cable TV, VCR, DVD and Stereo w/ iPod dock & CD player. So Come & Enjoy!

There is Cable TV and a VCR in the Master Bedroom. The house is appointed with both carpet and ceramic tile flooring throughout. House also offers an outdoor shower. Unfortunately, pets and smoking indoors are absolutely prohibited. Keep In Mind That When Viewing The Availability Calendar, Rental Weeks Run From Saturday To Saturday. So, If A Week Is In White (Available) That Includes The Saturday At The End Of That Week Even Though That Saturday May Show As Unavailable. Nice, clean, bright and very close to the beach!!! Quick drive to kids activities (don't miss the water park!) Extremely convenient to have small deli/grocery store on corner. Store is very expensive, but saves a car ride if you forgot mayo for your sandwichs like we did. Don't miss the walk down to the bay for Sunset! Owner couldn't be nicer or easier to work with.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Always GREAT to hear that our guests enjoyed themselves. As we have said many times, "we make every attempt to make our home feel like your home". See you next year !

Loved the house, especially the location being so close to the beach. Nicely appointed and well priced. Looked at many other homes for more $$$ and did not get as much. See ya next year !!!
