Our luxury home is located on the 4th floor. There are unobstructed spectacular views of the ocean, beach and Ritz Carlton. Our property was awarded a prestige designation and was recently updated throughout.Watch the Sun rise from and luxuriate on our new king pillow top bed in the master bedroom. Just steps from the master bedroom is the expansive balcony - you just might catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming or the rare sea turtles nesting from 'your' balcony. And we are just steps from the beach too!

There are two pools located on site. The unit owner is a member of The Golf Club of Amelia Island which enables you to gain access to this world class golf course, next to the Ritz at discounted prices. Tennis and many water sports are also available at the Ritz and near by the unit.

We love Amelia Island and spent a number of years vacationing there before buying the condo and a town home on the island. We are both second generation Italians. I worked in NYC in the advertising for many years and Kim Works in Washington DC and Maryland providing legal services, in many cases on behalf of those who could not pay their fees. Much of her legal work centers around guardianship's and those who have special needs. We have put our 'personal touch' in every respect in our home and hope that when you stay with us you can be sure to get one of the best and largest units at Ocean place.

In my opinion this is the best location on the Island. The beach right in front of the condo is beautiful, clean and perfect for kids. We have stayed in this specific condo on a number of occasions (both for work and pleasure) and it has always been, simply put, great. The unit is always clean and well appointed with everything that you need to have a great trip. The view is perfect and the building is well cared for including the two pools. Best of all the owner and the management company are really easy to work with. I have stayed here and worked next door at the Ritz and it always works out ideal. Overall you can't go wrong with renting this property. Thanks Lou, for all of your help with this trip and those in the past. Looking forward to our next trip!!
This condo was wonderful!! Spacious, with lovely decorations and a view to kill for. Neighboring the Ritz, this unit offers the high end options available next door, while allowing the convience of a full kitchen and 2 bedroom suites. We have decided the Amelia Island Beach is our favorite beach in FL and it lies just steps away from your condo door. The island also offers lovely dining options in the quaint town. We will return.
Great Place!! Incredible View, Absolutely Wonderful Getaway.
I have stayed at this particular set of condos for the past 10 years and this was the best experience of them all. The owner was easy to work with and very attentive to insure things went smoothly. I will gladly return as soon as I can.
We rented this condo for the summer GPPA meeting. The location was fabulous for access to the Ritz-Carlton. The furnishings, beach access, pool and amenities were an excellent value, especially compared to the hotel for a couple with children.
The only glitches were confusion over the number of bedrooms, sofa beds and the like. We thought there was a sofa bed. Nope, although our foster son was happy with the sofa and arrangements, while our daughters had their own room. Someone had broken a dining table leg. This had been overlooked by property management, but the owner was quite helpful and concerned.
I anticipate we will return for future meetings. I don't know that I'll tell my friends, as I want first dibs!
Wow! We just returned from this beautiful ocean front condo and it was perfect. We loved watching the sunrise from the bedroom and breakfast on the balcony. The island offered everything too, great weather for golfing and biking and more. The beach is beautiful , quint and quiet but close enough to shopping and restaurants. We will come again! We really enjoyed just lounging in the unit relaxing to the sound of waves.
