A comfortable, spacious house with large backyard located in Bolton Landing on beautiful Lake George. Beach is a 2 minute, gradual walk from house. This house is great for families, with a fireplace, TV room and billiard room. It sleeps 8+ with the master bedroom and bath on the main level and 3 bedrooms, family room and bath with laundry facility on the second floor. The house has a very open layout with a fireplace in the living room. Just a short distance from the quaint town of Bolton Landing and minutes from Lake George Village. This house is in a great location. The famous Sagamore Hotel nearby, provides such year round luxuries as a spa, indoor pool and fitness center available to the public. Outlet shopping and movie theatres are a short drive. Canoe, kayak and boat rentals within 1-2 miles from the house. Dock slip available upon request.

Nice house for two families

We were two families with 4 young kids (age 4, 2, 1, <1). The layout was excellent for us with a full bath and living area on each floor. Gave us some separation for getting ready to go out. The house did have a bit of an ant problem but that wasn't a huge deal. It is on the lakeside of route 9N but you aren't really close to the water. Access to the association beach is at least 5 minute walk on rough road or 1 minute drive (walk is not a straight-line to the lake). Better for us to drive because the walk wasn't good us with the kids. You can't see the beach from the house. The beach is just OK. Was nice to not have to go to a town beach though. 4 Docks for boats so you have to swim between them until you go out beyond them. Overall, a nice house which served as well.
