Walking distance to the beach!!!

This 3 bedroom house has a master bedroom upstairs with a nice king size bed, a beautiful bathtub and a private balcony that you can enjoy the view of the woods and the sound of the ocean. The other two bedrooms are in main floor, one with a queen size bed and the last one is a smaller one with two twin beds (perfect for kids)

The living room is spacious with a comfortable L shaped couch to relax. There is an industrial kitchen that is great for cook lovers, and a double door refrigerator to ensure the freshness of the organic produce and fresh fish that delivers every week to your door, by request. There is dinnerware, silverware and glassware for 6 or more. A large dinning table that fits up to 10 people, is also good for meetings.

Other features are:

Ceiling fans, DVD & TV, hammocks, towels, linen, washer and dryer, hot water, every other day house keeping service included and someone that lives on site awaits for you to introduce you to the house and keep your belongings safe while you are out for fun.

Our kids LOVE to go play in the beach, cross the natural bridge at Las Olas, play with beach dogs and meet with all their friends that live in the area.

We love restaurants around, friends, lifestyle and the monkeys!

Perfect!

My husband and two kids (ages 8 & 7) stayed in the house for one week. It was the perfect house for us. We were close to the beach (we walked and drove) and activities like Pinillas Zipline to keep us all happy. The ocean was wonderful for swimming for our kids with little waves close to the shore to dive under and bigger waves for surfers out further. Lola's is an excellent, low-key restaurant and we enlisted Mauricio to give us surf lessons. We loved Las Olas too with the long walk way to the beach. Best of all, was the caretaker Marvin and his family on site to provide us with information and assistance. My kids playd with his beautiful daughter and rode their horse. Randy's House is a great place to relax and enjoy life!

The house was excellent! Great location , lots of wild life on the grounds and very well equipped.
Had a great time there and would definitely stay there again!!
