Easy walk to the beach on warm water Cape Cod Bay.This is a vintage Cape Cod Cottage which is on a 1/3 acre lot at the end of a quiet Cul-de-sac. It is a well-maintained fun and peaceful home. It is a 1/4 walk to beach and fishing boats. 4 miles to Nauset beach. This is a two week minimum rental only.
