HACIENDA DELICIAS is set on a 6+ acre property in the hills above Montezuma. We are located 980 feet above sea level but a mere 3-5 min from the waters edge and Village of Montezuma. The Hacienda, which faces east, offers spectacular sunrises overlooking the Gulf of Nicoya and the far distant mountains of Manuel Antonio and Jaco Beach Coastline. Beside offering a unique scenery from the upstairs and downstairs teak verandas, the main focus tends to be the 2 ancient 120 year old mango trees and the surrounding tropical gardens, the mature palms and fruit trees. The tranquility of the property, with horses roaming freely, monkeys howling in the jungle, and enchanted birds, will give you an unique experience of Costa Rican living. The property is filled with mango, carambola (starfruit), maranjon(cashewfruit), orange, limon, guanabana, banana, and plantains to list a few. Really gorgeous and quiet place. Far enought to enjoy the nature that surounds it and close enought from de beautiful village and beach of Montezuma. You can also get easily to Mal Pais. t's a really nice place to relax and have some fun.

The owner is also really kind and gave us some tips, do's and don'ts, to make sure we have a great time

We just felt in love with this place and we will come back for sure.
