'Mountain Breeze' is a beautiful two bedroom cabin in Townsend, TN located near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This cabin offers privacy and comfort yet is convenient to all Townsend and the park have to offer. Amenities include king size beds, beautiful quilts, leather reclining love seats, cable TV, DVD player & movies, full kitchen, washer & dryer, porch rockers and swing, charcoal grill, nice furnishings, wireless internet. 'Mountain Breeze' is located in Laurel Valley just down the street from the golf course and swimming pool. Our guests have free swimming privileges at the Laurel Valley pool. This cabin is a one level home and does not allow smoking or pets. Sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish wash detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags & firewood (in season) are all provided at no charge to our guests. We do not charge cleaning fees. Cleanliness is a priority to us so you will find your cabin extremely clean upon arrival.

Townsend is called 'The Peaceful Side of the Smokies' for a reason... it's a quiet haven of nature. The town is seldom crowded and most of the businesses are 'mom & pop' businesses. Townsend is the closest town to Cades Cove and is only 25-30 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There is so much to do in Townsend and the surrounding area if you prefer an active vacation or you might be content to enjoy the Smoky Mountain evenings rocking on the porch. A bike/walking trail runs the length of Townsend as does the Little River where visitors can fish, swim or tube. The Smoky Mountain Heritage Center showcases our Appalachian heritage and is well worth a visit. The Townsend Visitors Center is a great place to stop in and browse and learn more about the area. There are several home style restaurants as well as a full service grocery store.

This was my 4th time to stay at Mountain Breeze. The cabin is spotless!!! You could cook Thanksgiving dinner in the very well equiped kitchen. Beds are comfortable and the fireplace is awesome! If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is it! We love staying here.
