Conditions of Booking: Bookings are valid from 1.00pm on day of arrival to 10.00 am on the day of departure however, this may vary according to flight arrival times, departures etc. Any changes to the arrival and departure times must be approved and arranged beforehand .

Terms of payment:: For booking placed before than 28 days prior to arrival date, sum of 40% of the total price and copy of bank transfer must accompany the Booking Form. The 60% balance of payment will be paid cash at the arrival only in Euro. For bookings made less than 28 days prior to arrival date, immediate payment of 50% of the total cost is required.

Cancellation by the client: The person who signed the Booking Form must make any cancellation in writing. Cancellation of accommodation will apply from the date of receipt of the written cancellation advice. The following charges will apply: More than 60 days prior to arrival date - 100% of deposit refund reduced of the bank charges for transfer 59-28 calendar days prior to arrival date - 50% of deposit refund reduced of the bank charges for transfer 27-14 calendar days prior to arrival date - 30% of deposit refund reduced of the bank charges for transfer 13 calendar days or less prior to arrival date - 100% of deposit Cancellation by the owner: In the unlikely event that specific accommodation ceases to be available as booked, the Owner will refund the Client all monies paid
