Located on Nelson Ave--an easy walk to the Track and just a few blocks from the restaurants downtown, this Eastside brick Victorian is central to all the summer action in Saratoga Springs. Saratoga Farmer's market is 2 blocks away. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. Note: This house is a duplex and you will be renting the lower level. The upper level is a one bedroom studio.

Nice place on a quiet street. Walked to town every morning for breakfast and a walk in Congress park. Walked home from the track a few times when I left early. House had pleanty of room for myself and the three other guy's in our group.
