This condo is perfect for a small group or one family. 1 Bedroom, 2 Full bathrooms, full kitchen, family room and private furnished balcony all with wonderful ocean views. Sleeps 4-6 on 1 Queen, 2 Bunk beds, and 1 sofa sleeper. 100 feet from the ocean and within walking distance to the sound, water sport rentals, and sound front restaurants. You will also enjoy bikes, PlayStation, community pool, community washer and dryer, tennis courts, basketball courts, DVD, grass courtyard, charcoal grills, and playground. The condo complex received the 'Town of Duck 2008 Annual Community Appearance Award.'

Perfect for a small family

We found this condo to be perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the ocean views and the easy access to the beach and pool. It is close to several good places to eat as well as the to town of duck where we enjoyed ice cream and boutiques. There was also a large courtyard area for our children to run around and play while we sat on the balcony and enjoyed the evening. They also had a ball playing basketball and tennis when we were not at he beach or pool. What a fun place to stay!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Walk or Bike to Everything!

We were pleasantly surprised by how well-located this property was. Great biking/scootering for kids, close to gourmet food store, and a turtle pond that our kids loved. Nice pool and beach right there. You can walk or bike to the sound to watch beautiful sunsets. Condo was a little small for five people, kitchen was poorly laid out, and the lovely ocean views are mostly blocked by the very large adjacent apartment building, but we were close enough to hear the waves. We had a problem with the stove but it was fixed within a couple of days. You have to bring your own sheets and towels, which caught us by surprise because I missed that detail in the contract. Overall, we had a nice time and would recommend this condo for the price.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

Great trip.

We found Ocean Dream to be well equiped, with beautiful views, in a well maintained complex in Duck. The condo is in an ideal location in the building with views of the ocean from every window. Everything was clean, neat, and well organized.
