START YOUR VACATION EARLY - CHECK-IN IS AT 1:30PM EVEN DURING HIGH SEASON!!! Contact us now to reserve for your family! Our 1st floor location makes it easy to move in and out. Assigned parking directly below the unit for 2 cars. Our updated condo has beautiful tile floors throughout the kitchen and living room. It was updated this season with paint and furniture, new bed coverings, new kitchen supplies, new area rugs and window treatments. It has custom cabinets and counters, updated appliances, and more. Comfortable mattresses & bedding promise a great night's sleep. 2 full beds, 1 queen, & full size sleeper sofa. The unit offers expanded cable and free high speed internet. Oceanfront deck plus a private balcony off the master bedroom which looks down street & has a slight canal view. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RATES LISTED ARE ALL INCLUSIVE. NO SURPRISES ON YOUR FINAL LEASE AGREEMENT!
