Wonderful home, completely renovated in 2007, has an Asian tropical modern feel throughout. It is located on a quiet street in the lovely West Side of town sitting on a knoll overlooking gardens. It is about a 10 minute stroll to the center of town or the closest beach and 5 min to 'Mussel Beach Gym'. Imagine spending a week relaxing with your family and closest friends on your private deck, lounging in the garden with a cocktail reading that book you have been meaning to, or strolling over to the Boatslip. Very comfortable and well appointed with all the luxuries you would expect in a boutique hotel. Original antiques and art, large plasma TV in the living room, audiophile’s dream sound system, a fully equipped kitchen, and separate dining room that easily seats 6-8 adults. Each bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a heavenly mattress and LCD TV/DVD. The newly landscaped garden combines Japanese characteristics with native plants and flowers.

This property is very well kept. Very clean and updated with the best of everything. We really enjoyed our time. The house gives you enough space for everyone to enjoy their alone and privacy time when needed. Would recommend highly.
The owner was exceptional at communication and responding to phone calls. That was very appreciated. There is not alot of yard space for kids but it worked out fine. Very convenient to town. the only thing the house could use is more AC unites. It happened to be one of the hottest weeks of the season.

Stylish and comfortable

This is a great place to stay! The house has been renovated and decorated with style--simple, comfortable and appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is open to the livingroom, which makes it easy to entertain and socialize at the same time. The bedrooms are also separate enough to allow privacy. And the outdoor space is a nice extra. We loved the location in the West End--the neighborhood was quiet, but it was a close walk to Commercial Street and the best of P-town. The landlord was also very nice. He called the house when we arrived to answer any questions we might have. Then, after our return, he informed us we had left jackets in the closet and shipped them back to us at no charge. Overall, a nice spot!

great house

We would definitely recommend this rental and stay there again. Nice renovation with updated baths/towels/linens and a well equiped kitchen for those wanting to cook. Great sound system, TV's in all rooms. Owner was easy to work with. Very nice location in West End just across Bradford in a quiet residental area. Easy walk to everything. Close to liquor store and Gale Force Bike rental (they were super nice and very helpful with bike rentals). One block on Bradford to Victors' restaurant (also highly recommended).
I loved having one bedroom on one level next to the kitchen/living area for early birds and coffee and two bedrooms below for those who like to sleep in.
Overall we thought the house was great.
My only concern was the only a/c was one window unit in the upstairs living room. There were ceiling fans in all rooms, including bedrooms. It worked out fine for us, but the a/c issue may be a problem if you hit a hot spell.

Great space, convenient location, nicely redone

This property was very nice, and modern. Plenty of room in the bedrooms, and the bathrooms were nice as well. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, and the parking space was convenienet. Separate dining area provided extra space. Very close to the main town area, as well as a grocery store. The freezer didnt make ice well, and was hard to figure out, but hardly a show stopper.

We were able to grill out in the evening, which was nice. Living room could probably use another lounge type chair, but TV had great channels, several Ipod ready stereos throught out house, and very nice breeze throughout house. Teh only thing that was missing was a pool!

I would definitely rent this property again. Owners were accomodating and easy to deal with.
