Enjoy this lovely ocean front condo on Rincon's best swimming beach- Corcega! Perfect for 2 couples! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor walk up condo has a queen size bed in the master bedroom with a private full bath. The 2nd bdrm has a queen bed, too. The bedrooms are AC. Ceiling fans only throughout the rest of the home. Sleeper couch in the living room- fans only- 5 guests max. Eat out on your ocean view terrace & enjoy the fresh, Caribbean air! If you should get too much sun, come inside & enjoy your home entertainment center with cable TV & DVD! There is Wi-Fi internet & a phone! The master bedroom has it's own cable TV, too. Cook your favorite recipes in the nice kitchen. Electric grill to BBQ. Washer & dryer. Gated parking for 1 car. Adult pool, kiddy pool, playground, picnic tables & volleyball court! A dominoes table in the home so you can try your hand at a favorite Puerto Rico past time! Enjoy any smoking out on the terrace. Please note min. stay set by Condo Association!

Travel here in the spring, summer, or autumn & you'll experience a quieter side of Rincon. July is busy & fun when the San Juan families come out to enjoy some beach time, but most other times you will play on almost empty beaches. Early August, the kids return to school, & it's quiet. When the winter waves are gone, Rincon enjoys some of the best snorkeling & diving in the world. Steps Beach at the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve has the best stand of Elk Horn coral close into an island in the world (according to the NOAA researcher who's been following it for over 12 years!). Take one of the local diving boats out to Desecheo Island, only 11 miles off the coast, & enjoy visibility of 100+ ft all the time. Rincon is a year round destination with something for everyone. Rincon is the furthest west town on the island of Puerto Rico. Famous for our sunsets, kind people, surfing, whale watching, diving and snorkeling. We are a 30-40 minute drive from Aguadilla airport (BQN) with flights in daily on Continental, Jet Blue, and Delta from Newark, JFK, Atlanta, and Florida. San Juan (SJU) is a 2.5 hour drive away with flights from all over! Our small town is a break from the big cities. We have no traffic lights yet, but we're only 20 minutes away from the town of Mayaguez with a Sam's Club, Super K, Chilis, Long Horn Steak House, movie theaters, casinos, winter league baseball games and more! The Arecibo Observatory (James Bond's Golden Eye and Jody Foster's Contact) and the Camuy caves are just a 1.5 hour drive. We aren't New York City! This is a slow down and enjoy the tropical breezes vacation. You can be as busy as you wish or just sit and enjoy this paradise we are happy to share with you! US citizens do not require a passport or visa!

Other Activities: Kayak rentals, jet skis, banana boat rides, parasailing, all about 15 min. away!
