5 Bedroom House - amazing, waterfront, new beach house, wineries, Fisherman's Paradise. Brand new house located directly on the beach! Just as Great in the Winter as it is in the Summer. Visit the great Long Island wineries, Golf Courses, and shop at tanger outlets, so many different Farms and Farm stands, Splish Splash Water Park, Atlantis Marine World--return to your quiet, private beach house. There is so much to do, all of this 5 minutes away! Or just lay in the sun on your own Private beach in the summer months or sit and relax by a roaring fire with your huge river rock fireplace, with a glass of wine that you just brought back from one of the great vineyards!! If you have a boat, there is plenty of parking and you can launch it steps away no permit needed. You can also leave it in the water in front of the house because the beach is privately owned by you!! You do not need to read the description, let the pictures speak for themselves!

The house is open, airy, immaculate and beautifully decorated. The hosts are sweet and accomodating, and only a phone call away. What a relief to not have to drive all the way out to the Hamptons in the summertime! Even coming home on a Sunday evening in August we hit almost zero traffic! My daughter loved the beach, rocks and playground next door, my husband and I loved waking up to the beautiful view of the water and relaxing on the deck and beach.

What a place!

My wife and I brought the family (4 kids, all under 12) to this terrific destination for 2 nights during Labor Day week. The house was everything it was advertised to be, and more. We enjoyed fishing off the beach, and the boys pulled in a fair share of snappers, the girls loved the playground 50 feet from our deck and at night we relaxed around our own firepit on the beach, roasting marshmallows.
The house was big, comfortable and immaculate. One of the best parts was the fact that even while we were secluded on our own beach, we were also a 5 minute ride to anything we needed. Great breakfast place right down the road, and we even packed up the whole clan for a morning of peach picking at a farm that was 5 minutes away. Also, the ride was a breeze, 55 minutes from door to ddor and we are on the North Shore, Nassau County.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful family getaway. Just don't take our spot for our return trip next summer!

WOW the Caribbean Islands in Long Island

Waking up in the master bedroom was like waking up and looking out the window of a cruise ship. This is not an ordinary beach house, this one is definitely high class. What a place and so much to do, we had a blast and we will be coming back in September. Thanks Virginia and Debbie for renting this place to us and for the complimentary bottle of wine. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away and not have to fly to an island, but still feel like your on the islands!
