Great lake front home in Lago Vista on the beautiful Lake Travis. Cove for swimming and located directly next to boat ramp for easy access. Home has open feel inside with large family room and open kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The home sleeps 16. 2 Large decks overlooking the lake for a relaxing experience. 'Party room' or second den/sun room downstairs. Kitchen is fully stocked with all your dining needs. Fireplace. Washer and Dryer. Satellite TV. VCR/DVD player.

ALL PICTURES THAT ARE POSTED ON THIS SITE ARE WITHIN THE PAST YEAR.

Please note due to the Texas drought Lake Travis is not at its normal water levels. There is still water in our cove and the boat launch is still able to be used...one of the only ones still open on Lake Travis this year. Refunds will not be given for low water. The lake is still full enough to be enjoyed and boat rentals are available and highly recommended.

Best Vacation Ever

This home was amazing, the views were breathtaking and after our stay this will defiantly be a yearly trip. Thanks to the owners for all their consideration and smoothness in making our vacation the best ever. The home was a great location and accommodated our large group perfectly. We will defiantly recommend this home to others and can't wait to visit again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Best Birthday Weekend

This was a great home for a group getaway. We stayed for two nights.

The pictures really show the house but in person there's so much space. We had more than enough room for everyone. Some of the beds have the most amazing mattresses ever. There were tons of places to lounge around, eat, and just hang out and talk. The downstairs game room area is fantastic. We played washers outside and had plenty of room to sit in our lawn chairs.

There are many kitchen items provided and we cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. The house was very well-maintained and ready to go for us. It was so fun to gather on the upper deck and watch the deer at dusk!

Carrie is so helpful and provided great information beforehand about what to do/what to bring. I would absolutely recommend this home for a getaway weekend. We didn't rent a boat or do any water activities and we STILL had a blast. Thanks, Carrie, for a great time!

40th Birthday Surprise

I rented this place to give a surprise 40th birthday party to my wife. This property turned out to be a whole lot better than I had anticipated. The property is located in an excellent location and very well maintained. We had a great time. Thanks for making my wife's 40th birthday special.

Great Weekend

Carrie,

Everything was great and we had a really good time. I don’t think we even went upstairs except to sleep and get food out of the fridge haha. The downstairs was a perfect area for everyone to hangout, cookout, play cards, dominoes, and watch the weekends sporting events. We enjoyed the ping pong table and card table. Let me know how everything was on our part. I believe we left the house in good order.
