Excellent Location and Owner

My fiance and I have rented this house a few times and every time has been just as wonderful. The house is new and the kitchen is newly renovated with a beautiful island. The kitchen has everything you need to make a big dinner or breakfast or anything, it's very well stocked. Every room is clean and very comfortable. The bedding is very clean and very nice quality. I can't ever fully explain what a wonderful house this is. It's absolutely perfect for a family with 2 young ones but we always go just us and the balcony off the master bedroom is amazing. The street is a small street that I've driven right past so many times, so it's a quiet area, no loud obnoxious teenagers. It's not a party town really. ShipBottom is the town that you first come into after getting off the Causeway (Rt. 72) and onto the Island so you don't have to travel too far from either the North or South side of the island because you're right in the middle. The house is about 4 or 5 houses away from the beach with no streets to cross, it's literally a minute walk away. At night you can hear the waves breaking, ahhh I love it. My fiance and I call it "our house" because we love it so lol. I say it isn't a party town, however that doesn't mean it's boring, there are many things to do just in town and many stores (including a ravioli restaurant) right around the corner within walking distance. The owner of this house, is a wonderful person and very helpful, understanding and flexible. One time when we were down we had to get in touch with him and he left us about 3 or 4 numbers so we could definitely get in touch with him and when I had to call his wife's cell phone she was very polite and had him call me very quickly. I am always more than satisified with this house and I am in love with it. It you want a great vacation rental, this is it. There is not one thing I can say bad about this house. We usually go down in the off-season because we like the quiet and to feel like a local instead of a vacationer lol but the house is always warm (he leaves the heat on for us!!) and it's equipped with the latest technology (internet access, HBO, digital cable and washing machine, dryer, large microwave, etc... ) Even your pets are considered! I could go on and on but it's cutting me off so if you're still not sure and this fits your needs, go for this one, I always come back here because no where I've ever been has been as wonderful.
