Double bed and futon(double) sleeps 2-4. 1 bath with tub/shower.

Sit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful views of Cape Cod bay, you are across the street from a private beach on the bayside (60 second walk) and if you don't like the ocean there is a pool there too. Studio unit is air conditioned, has cable, flat screen TV with DVD. Kitchenette unit has all amenities, coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave. Unit is on shuttle route so you can just park your car and relax and take to shuttle into Provincetown for a meal or shopping. Five minutes by car in Truro is the winery, Highland Light, golfing, and many other beaches and the National Seashore. This is a great romantic getaway for a birthday or anniversary surprise. The unit sleeps two comfortably, but has double futon if needed.

Notes: Great view from the unit but because it is on third floor, it would not be suitable for someone that could not climb stairs. There is no daily maid service, you would be responsible for bringing your own sheets and towels, (double bed and double futon). Refrigerator is less cubic ft but has a full freezer and can fit a lot of food, it is not an under counter one. There is a two burner stovetop, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster in unit, no oven. Bay beach across street is spectacular, great for children as beach is level and has no drop off areas, you can walk for miles on it! Very relaxing area, great sunsets from the deck.

My husband and I stayed in this unit last summer and will be returning again this year! This unit is completely redone inside and is directly across from the beach. The unit was a great price and we were able to save money by cooking at home a few nights. It is also right on the bus line into ptown so you don't have to worry about driving or paying for parking! We enjoyed having cocktails on the deck each night after being on the beach all day. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating. The unit was a great size for two adults. Best deal on the cape by far!!!
