House, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Enjoy total privacy on your own 13 acres just 1.5 miles from the center of the beautiful town of Woodstock. This architect designed 3500 square foot home is filled with windows and skylights so you never forget you are surrounded by acres of streams, waterfalls, and woods.

Our gourmet kitchen has everything you'll need. Sub Zero, GE Profile double oven, warming drawer, professional gas stove, and granite and wood countertops.

A custom built blue stone patio and pergola run the length of the south side of the house and French doors from the kitchen, living room and master bath open up to the outdoor patio where you can barbeque, sunbathe, or just relax and take in the scenery.

The wood floors are heated by radiant heat in the cooler months with a back up air handler system and in the summer you have central air with multiple zones. The master bedroom suite is on the first floor and three other large bedrooms are on the second floors. Quality bedding and amenities assure a comfortable stay.

The house is difficult to photograph because most rooms have windows on three wall so that there will always be light in the room. Custom painted in beautiful soft colors you will not find a more peaceful relaxing house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, eclectic home. Three adult couples were very comfortable and had plenty of privacy when desired. The home was very clean, the kitchen was modern & well-equipped, with high-end appliances. The property was beautiful and very secluded, yet very convenient to town. The photos do not do the house justice. Gail was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, and offered numerous restaurant suggestions. We enjoyed every establishment she recommended. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this home in the future.

Wonderful Woodstock Vacation

My family and I have just returned from our 3rd stay at this wonderful property. As other reviewer's have stated the photo's do not do this house justice, it is absolutely spectacular!
It is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, has a superb layout and is very spacious. Everything you could possibly need you will find here. It's also a bonus that well behaved dogs are welcome.
The location is superb. We enjoyed HiTS, shopping in Saugerties and Woodstock, and foodies will appreciate the wonderful selection of farm to table restaurants in the area.
Gail is a pleasure to deal with and we all look forward to returning.

Beautiful property

A group of us stayed at Gail's home for a weekend in January and could not have asked for a better experience. The home is beautiful; the photos and listing description are completely accurate, and in fact they do not do the property justice. The house is in excellent condition and has everything we needed for a weekend of R&R - with great living areas, an amazing stereo system with speakers throughout the house and patio, tons of outdoor space to explore with the dogs, and a fantastic kitchen with all the amenities. Gail was very easy to coordinate with and very helpful before and during our stay. Some of our group went into town on Saturday, but the rest of us just explored the property with its many streams and creeks and waterfalls. The house is also a perfect spot if attending Levon Helm's Ramble, which is a very short drive away. We hope to return again for another visit in the future.

Beautiful Woodstock Weekend

Gail's Woodstock home exceeded our expectations! The house was plenty big enough for our two families to spread out in, the furnishings were very comfortable, and the accent pieces (starting with 'The PeeWees) were nice conversation starters. The surrounding property was great for exploring.

Would definitely recommend this property, and certainly be back again.
