Wonderful Coastal Beach House-Partial Ocean Views, Private Beaches

I recently stayed at this property in Biddeford with my boyfriend and one other couple. It is a beautifully decorated, comfortable, sunny, and quiet house. There were 2 different beaches within a 2 minute walk, and you could hear the ocean from any point in the house.

There was a minor problem with the master bathroom, but the owner responded immediately to my friend's call and arranged for a plumber to come on a Sunday. The problem was fixed, and we were able to use the bathroom once the plumber was done. Also, the owner sent us a gift basket to thank us for dealing with the inconvenience, which was totally unnecessary, but greatly appreciated!

I am definitely looking forward to staying here again!

We just spent a perfect week in this lovely house a few steps away from 2 great beaches. The house was ideal for our 5 grandchildren (ages 5 to 11), with a lovely well maintained yard (raspberry and blackberry bushes all around), and a very spacious, comfortable, uncluttered top living area. The bedrooms are downstairs which makes them cooler for the night, and allows a view to the sea from the living room. The description of the house is totally accurate. The house user manual is complete and detailed which helped after a electric failure. We found the house clean and well stocked with all necessary items in the kitchen, and lots of games and movies for the children. The general area is upscale and very quiet; access is through a private road. Access to the house from the street is by uneven stone steps, and may not be safe for very young children, as mentioned in the house description. The owner was very accessible, pleasant and responsive all throughout the renting period as well as before when we were deciding which house to rent. We like the general area but mostly stayed on the beaches which were where the kids wanted to be. I would recommend this property without hesitation.
