Enjoy four seasons of fun in this tastefully decorated, fully equipped, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, ground floor, Paradise Condo with wrap-around deck that overlooks the Lincoln Peak/Claybrook base area. Walk to slopes, restaurants, shops, and Sugarbush Health and Racket Club (Hot tub and pool). Just a few minutes to Sugarbush Resort's Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, Sugarbush North (Mt. Ellen), or Mad River Glen. Thirty minutes from Stowe.

  • Winter Mon-Thurs $225/night, Fri-Sun $275/night, Holiday/Peak $325/night
    Spring/Fall Mon-Thurs $200/night, Fri-Sun $225/night
    Summer Mon-Thurs $125/night, Fri-Sun $175/night

    $75.00 cleaning fee, $250.00 Security Deposit. All taxes included in rental fee

    Two night minimum, $250 Security Deposit refundable after check-out inspection, $75.00 cleaning fee Check-In 3:00 p.m. Check-Out 10:00 a.m.
    One half total due at booking, balance due three weeks prior to check-in.Cancellations within three weeks of arrival date will receive 50% plus Security Deposit. Cancellations/no-shows within 72 hours of check-in will forfeit 100% of rental fee. Security Deposit will be returned.
    Towels and bed linens provided. Soaps, shampoo and personal toiletries are not.

The condo is just as described on the website. It's obvious that the owners put a lot of time and thought into decorating and equipping the place. It's beautifully located, well thought-out, and very convenient for everyone. (I especially liked all the video selections for the kids, boardgames provided, and the fact that the lock on the front door is a keypad so we didn't worry about the kids forgetting their keys to get back in by themselves.)
We also liked the organized way the owners took our reservation, and communicated with us several times before the date of our arrival. The packet of information on the condo, Sugarbush Resort, and the surrounding area was very helpful and we actually took some of their suggestions as to things to do and where to eat.
We plan on staying there again next summer to experience some of the summertime high points of the Mad River Valley. I would definitely not only recommend this place to a friend, I already have . . . several times!
