I had a great experience in the condo this past summer. The unit was very clean and has a nice view over the water in the backyard. The pool and spa facilities were very nice as well. The unit is in a great location, close to the interstate but not far from downtown Naples and all of the shopping/restaurants/beaches.

Great place to stay!

My husband travels frequently for business, and when I join him, we try to find a condo or home to rent instead of staying at a hotel. We found this listing very last minute, and Elio was more than great- he was quick to respond to our inquiry, he got us the keys super quickly, and answered every question we threw his way.

When we arrived at the condo (we DID have a bit of trouble finding the actual unit, actually trying the keys in the wrong door before a quick call got us corrected), we found it to be clean, well equipped and well maintained.

The condo is in a great development- the access is gated, the property very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighbors were friendly, there were lots of families around. All in all it was a great place to stay!

We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in the Naples area!

The condo is so nice and the people are so kind. The landlord was so flexible and took care of anything we needed. This is a great renter and a great place to stay and we are planning on going back again
