This open, airy and sun filled house has been entirely restored to offer comfort and ease for your summer vacation. Situated in the heart of the Cape Cod National Seashore, a lovely 0.4 mile walk to the Atlantic Ocean's Coast Guard Beach, it is a sunny and inviting family home featuring ground floor master bedroom and bath, cozy living room with fireplace, large great room and with dining, and a well-equipped kitchen and full laundry room. Study for reading and movie watching. Outside is a private flagstone terrace with enclosed teak outdoor shower, perennial garden, and breakfast table and chairs. The house is situated on sunny open grounds bordered by olive trees and woods. Relax in white Adirondack chairs under a large maple tree or enjoy a book in a comfortable hammock.The garage is equipped with bicycles, boogie boards and beach chairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms for children or teens and a third bedroom with views of Highland Light. Second floor sun deck with partial water views

Rise early to play the noted seaside 9-hole golf course, the Highland Links, across the road from the house,or enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the ocean at the historic Cape Cod Light, seen from each room on the East side of the house. Walk to the ocean beach for boogie boarding and surfing. Ride your bikes to Cold Storage Beach on Cape Cod Bay for glorious sunsets and stunning evening views of Provincetown's waterfront in the distance. Kettle ponds in Truro and Wellfleet offer fresh water swimming, kayaking and canoeing. Down the road a mile is the Highlands Center, home to a nightly music and performance theater all summer long. You can take a pottery or writing or drawing course at the Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill, hear interesting lectures or poetry readings at venues from Provincetown to Wellfleet. A convenient shuttle bus goes to and from Provincetown, with its art galleries and great dining, every 20 minutes.
