Watch folks splashing in the pool from inside the patio enclosure while listening to your outdoor speaker system with remote volume. Relax your cares away poolside while letting the 4' waterfall lull you to sleep on one of four loungers. Mix up your favorite drinks at the outdoor bar supplied with large state-of-the-art stainless steel infrared barbecue grill outfitted with a side burner, refrigerator, stainless steel pull out trash, sink with hot and cold water, outlets for appliances, as well as a 46 quart bench cooler that can store a large volume of cold beverages that the poolside refrigerator may not be able to hold. Four bar-height swivel stools allow you to sit at the bar or the 4 top table provided by the four foot waterfall.

Parking is available for 50 vehicles within 50' of the property as well as extra large lot allows for a tent 40'X20' large. Upon special request this property will accommodate wedding receptions.
