Rated one of Florida's top 10 beaches, the Emerald Coast has one of the best kept secrets of the area. Seagrove Beach (near Destin) boasts magnificent emerald & turquoise waters and white sugary beaches, but is still uncrowded & serene. Miles of bike paths wind through the area, and bike rentals are available. Convenient to many parks and activities in the area, and fine dining (some within walking distance). On site are a private pool, lake (with fishing pier), and the property borders Point Washington Forest. This end unit condo on the 3rd floor in one of 2 buildings with elevators, has beautiful furnishings, screened porches, bike racks, private parking, and lovely landscaping. Sugary sand beaches and magnificent turquoise blue & emerald green waters are just a short pedestrian friendly walk from the condo (about 350 yards). Beach items furnished. Swim, snorkel, kayak, fish, shop, golf, go on a dolphin cruise or to a show, visit a spa, jet ski, visit Big Kahuna Water Park & more!

Seagrove Beach is a historic, quaint town on Scenic 30A that offers a serene setting, yet is convenient to golf, parks, lakes, shopping, fishing, dolphin cruises, outlets, hiking, camping, snorkeling, boating, shows, water parks, galleries, spas, jet-skiing, para-sailing, theatre, nightlife, and the best restaurants in the area. Eastern Lake Bike Trail runs through the village & bike rentals are readily available. Point Washington Forest also borders Seagrove. Destin is only minutes away to the west, with fun activities like Big Kahuna Water Park, Gulfarium (dolphin & other live shows), Silver Sands Outlet Mall, & other shopping, restaurants & more. Panama City is about 20 miles to the east. Along Scenic 30A are 4 state parks, 27 miles of greenway trails, 11 rare coastal dune lakes, 14 beach communities & all are certified blue wave beaches of shimmering sugar-fine sands combined with shades of turquoise-blue & emerald-green waters that are breathtakingly beautiful, sun up or sun down.

We had a very pleasant vacation in this condo. The condo is well equipped, clean, nicely decorated and very quiet. It is about one block from a beautiful beach. Seagrove Beach area is a quaint area, and walking and biking is a pleasure. We also enjoyed the restaurants on the water. There were four adults and we had plenty of room. I would return to this condo and Seagrove Beach in future.

We had a great time at your condo. It was really nice and felt like home. We had 4 adults, 2 children and a cute baby. There was plenty of room for us all. The condo was secluded yet convenient to activities. The beds slept so good and the kitchen was very much like ours at home. We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. Gas at the Tom Thumb close to the condo was cheaper than anywhere else.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool is great and the condo is very clean, well- organized and tasetfully decorated. The beach and restaurants are very accesible. Definitely bring your bikes!! Highly recommended!

The condo was very nice. We had enough room for 8 adults and one baby. Very clean and quiet condo complex. The master bedroom and bath were beautiful. I would definitely recommed it.

CONDO AT SEAGROVE BEACH, FL

The condo was nice and the area was quiet. The pool sometimes had no one in it but us and the water was warm. The drive to Destin was not very quick - alot of traffic. We had kids with us, so it would have been nice if there had been a playground on the property.
