Beautiful PGA West Condo located on the 3rd hole of the Palmer Private Course. Enjoy watching the Bob Hope Classic from the comfort of the extended, fully furnished patio. This 1627 sq. ft. condo has been newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen, including cherry cabinets, granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. There is a king size bed in the master suite and queen beds in the other two bedrooms. Each room has its own television with cable. Choose from a large selection of VHS tapes easily viewed from the built in DVD/VHS TV in the large living room. The community pool and spa are steps away. Come and enjoy the great golf, food and shopping in beautiful La Quinta.
