Dining Room offers seating for 6. Boaters will appreciate the convenience of boat docks and boat storage. Sun worshippers can enjoy the beautiful often almost deserted white sand beaches which can be accessed right across from the complex and stretch for many miles along the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Spend the late afternoons fishing, crabbing or just relaxing on your Waterfront balcony.

Perdido Key is located in between the Intercoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. Sundown is set in a tranquil environment with buildings not exceeding three stories. Having access to the Riverside with it's boat docks and colorful sunsets as well as being at one of the most beautiful beaches in America makes this a very special vacation spot. The nearby wildlife sanctuary and state park adds to the attraction of this area and virtually ensures that you will be able to watch a vast variety of birds such as herons, cranes, sandpipers and pelicans. Especially early in the morning and late afternoon you will likely watch some of the plentiful fish jumping in the water and curious dolphins passing by - be it in the intercoastal waterway or the ocean.
