This is an elegant 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 3 car garage vacation rental home available year round and located 10 minutes away from the Superbowl Stadium. It has over 2500 square feet of living space with a large family/entertainment room, second floor loft and beautiful terrace with view to the street. The beautiful backyard has a Laguna shape swimming pool, patio furniture and professional 16000 BTU BBQ grill. The house has been furnished and decorated with expensive and good quality furniture. The kitchen has anything a chef would need and a large formal table and chairs in the dining room invite you to a black tie dinner. The house is equipped with three large and best quality LCD HDTVs, DVD player, wireless internet connection and cable. The bathrooms are provided with good quality towels, toiletries, even tooth paste. Extra linens, airbeds, pillows and blankets are also provided. The house can sleep comfortably 10 to 12 people.

This elegant villa is minutes away from the Surprise Stadium - Home of the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers, major League Baseball in March as well as many other events planned throughout the year. Some are baseball as well as other recreation and entertainment. Surprise Stadium is across the street from the Aquatic Center (Great fun!) and the excellent Maricopa County library. Other Attractions in the West and Northwest Valley - The museum in Wickenburg about the West is superb and award-winning. The University of Phoenix Stadium (home of the 2008 Super Bowl) is an engineering marvel and well worth a tour. We loved this property! It was well managed , stocked, clean and gorgeous. We went down for Spring Training and a small family reunion. We didn't eat out because the BBQ by the pool and the huge kitchen and dining room were the perfect spots to prepare and enjoy our meals. We were close enough to the city to drive to baseball and hockey games, and far enough away to feel relaxed. We thawed out from our usual cold Seattle weather. Thanks Olivia for giving us a home away from home, we'll be back!

What an awesome house! Large, well maintained, and will provisioned with everything you need for a great stay. We have already reserved the house for our next visit to the Phoenix area. The pool and gas BBQ out back make for an excellently relaxing evening. It does take about 30 minutes to drive to the stadium.
