Harkness summer theater and music fests 20 minutes away Close to Spicer mariner and Burrs Dock...Deep sea fishing. Home is a family home. Fully equipped with everything from sheets, towels, beach chairs, gas grill. large porch overlooking the water. private sandy beach, family oriented, playground, basketball court, volleyball court, beach store for snacks at beach.
