Kelowna Vacation Rental condo

This was our first experience ever renting over the internet, and it was with great hesitation that I finalized everything (What if it was horrible?? We couldn't just switch rooms)...what a wonderful experience!

The condo was perfect for our family, which consisted of my husband and two teenaged girls. The kitchen was outfitted perfectly; we grilled out one night and entertained five additional people. The unit was extremely quiet, although we were not there during a complete weekend. We also had wonderful views from our balcony of the valley and mountains and a partial view of the lake. What a way to start your morning enjoying a cup of coffee and to end it with a cocktail!

The unit, and property itself, was nicely decorated and maintained. Our girls enjoyed the pool (while the adults were sightseeing). We were close to the wineries, Mission shopping, downtown, and two different beaches. My husband, a runner, found a nice trail to run on nearby. And the restaurant downstairs had great food and was reasonably priced (we ate in once - the service was as fabulous as the food - and placed an order to go another night). Also, the little coffee shop was great for dashing in and out for a quick caffeine fix!

The owners of the unit were very enjoyable to work with, answering all my millions of questions. They even called the day after we checked in to make sure everything was okay!

I've stayed in many places in Kelowna for work and vacation and by far this was the nicest accommodation I've rented. It is close to many great activities and has an amazing view of the lake as it's right across the street. The restaurant downstairs is amazing as well. Great food, staff and ambiance. It's probably my new favourite restaurant in town and it's right there!!

I've stayed in other units in this complex and this one was my favourite because it was the cleanest, the owners were great to deal with and there is also no unit above it so it's very quiet. The personal touches distinguish it from the others.

If you're looking for a great place to stay while away on vacation or for work, this is a great find because it is just like home rather than that old typical hotel feel in most other places. You sense there is some care and attention to your comfort when you're here, its tastefully and warmly decorated to make you feel at home.
