Flip Floppin' is a Beautiful Brand New Beach front Home with breath taking views of the ocean from almost every room in the house. Located right on the beach, this is one of the best places on the Carolina coast for sun, sand and swimming. From beautiful sun rises in the morning to cool sea breezes at night, you and your family will enjoy every minute of your vacation at Topsail beach. Only 2 miles from the bridge you are minutes from shopping, restaurants and Topsail Island's exclusive fishing pier. This vacation home includes every amenity from big screen TVs to an outdoor shower. With two large back decks there's room for everyone to enjoy the panoramic views while eating out or just sitting back and sipping margaritas. This is one of the few rentals on the island that has a kitchen table that seats 10 people, allowing everyone to eat together indoors.

There is an elevator that will take you to all three levels, ideal for bringing in groceries and providing access to the elderly and folks using wheelchairs. The bathrooms and access to the beach are not readily wheelchair accessible; you would need to make the determination prior to coming as to whether or not this property would be suitable for anyone needing a wheelchair.
