First Level: There are four bedrooms with two baths on this level and a hallway that leads out onto a deck with steps down to the beach. The first two bedrooms are located on the street side. One of these bedrooms has a view of the ocean. Both have a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and full size bed underneath. Bedroom 3 and 4 are located on the ocean side; each has an adjoining bathroom, a queen bed and sliding doors that open up onto a large deck with stairs leading down to the sand. All four rooms have a TV with DVD player.
Second Level: This level has windows all along the ocean side with sliding glass doors that open up to an ocean front deck that leads to the beach. The living room has a sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo. The master bedroom is located off the living room on the street side with a beautiful ocean view from the side window and a flat screen TV. Guests of this room will enjoy a large beautiful bathroom with a jetted tub and a huge walk-in closet.

There is an elevator that will take you to all three levels, ideal for bringing in groceries and providing access to the elderly and folks using wheelchairs. The bathrooms and access to the beach are not readily wheelchair accessible; you would need to make the determination prior to coming as to whether or not this property would be suitable for anyone needing a wheelchair.
