Our property is a spacious, one-level, house less than a block away from the beach with a nice circular drive for ample parking. The home offers an open living room and kitchen area, a separate dining room, and a linen room with washer/dryer and a folding/hang-up area. Most importantly, the home features a Florida room that overlooks and opens onto the pool deck. In addition to the pool, the unit's back yard has ample room for boat or trailer parking, and an outside shower, all within the 6' privacy fence, providing total seclusion. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with shower, and opens onto the pool deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a central hall bathroom. All three bedrooms along with the Florida room have Tvs. The house is fully furnished with dishes, linen's, and towels, lots of beach stuff (chairs, coolers, toys), pool stuff, movies, games, books, etc.

New Smyrna Beach is a quaint town with many amenities within walking/biking distance. These include great restaurants and shopping, and is highlighted by its world-famous beaches, many of which can be driven upon (and some that cannot). The house is located on the west side of Atlantic Highway, directly across from a beach walkover. New Smyrna Beach is in close proximity to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and St Augustine, all a little more than an hour away. Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Speedway, the Ponce Inlet Light House, and SunCruz Casino Cruize Lines are but a half hour away. Local ferries conduct tours by water of the area's Intracoastal Waterway. Additionally, New Smyrna Beach is central to some of the world's greatest golf courses. For the avid in-shore fisherman, marinas and boat ramps abound, and some of the best redfish and trout fishing in Florida is located just 10 miles south in the Mosquito lagoon. Notes: This house is furnished with everything you would need for a great vacation at the beach. Just bring your bathing suit and relax. The beach is a 2 minute walk across the street. Perfect to go to the beach for a while and then go back to the house for a dip in the pool, lunch/snack and then back to the beach. Great for access for families with kids. There is also a single stroller and a double jogging stroller for your use and easier kid transport to the beach. We also have kid toys, pack-n-play, and high chair. Additionally, we have added bikes for your enjoyment.

This house had all we could want...locaction, privacy, one level, pool, all clean! It truly is a home away from home.

We have been going to New Smyrna for years for vacation and typically have stayed in condos. This was our first time renting a house for the week in June. We will never stay in a condo again....My daughter loved the toys and books they had. It was so nice to just walk outside to the pool and not have to carry all the towels etc. down to the pool from a highrise condo. The house is beautifully decorated and so roomy.
They had so many nice touches such as the towels, linens, movies and games for the kids. We had a great time!!!

We stayed at Marla and Darrell's beach house the week of June 2-9. We typically go to the Keys for our vacation, but opted this year to stay closer to home. We are so glad that we did. The beach house was perfect!!!! Owners, Marla and Darrell were so nice and so accomodating. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The house was very well appointed, very clean and spacious. Marla and Darrell were an absolute pleasure to deal with. So accomodating, timely communication and aimed to please. They responded on all of our questions and requests. It was like renting a family home from a friend. Superb location and having our own pool was a great bonus. We are looking forward to returning and have recommended this property to friends.
