Private Home - 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sleeps 6

Our property is a spacious, one-level, house less than a block away from the beach with a nice circular drive for ample parking. The home offers an open living room and kitchen area, a separate dining room, and a linen room with washer/dryer and a folding/hang-up area. Most importantly, the home features a Florida room that overlooks and opens onto the pool deck.

In addition to the pool, the unit's back yard has ample room for boat or trailer parking, and an outside shower, all within the 6' privacy fence, providing total seclusion.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with shower, and opens onto the pool deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a central hall bathroom. All three bedrooms along with the Florida room have Tvs.

The house is fully furnished with dishes, linen's, and towels, lots of beach stuff (chairs, coolers, toys), pool stuff, movies, games, books, etc.

New Smyrna Beach is a quaint town with many amenities within walking/biking distance. These include great restaurants and shopping, and is highlighted by its world-famous beaches, many of which can be driven upon (and some that cannot).

The house is located on the west side of Atlantic Highway, directly across from a beach walkover.

New Smyrna Beach is in close proximity to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and St Augustine, all a little more than an hour away. Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Speedway, the Ponce Inlet Light House, and SunCruz Casino Cruize Lines are but a half hour away. Local ferries conduct tours by water of the area's Intracoastal Waterway. Additionally, New Smyrna Beach is central to some of the world's greatest golf courses.

For the avid in-shore fisherman, marinas and boat ramps abound, and some of the best redfish and trout fishing in Florida is located just 10 miles south in the Mosquito lagoon. For the more daring, deep sea fishing

Notes: This house is furnished with everything you would need for a great vacation at the beach. Just bring your bathing suit and relax. The beach is a 2 minute walk across the street. Perfect to go to the beach for a while and then go back to the house for a dip in the pool, lunch/snack and then back to the beach. Great for access for families with kids. There is also a single stroller and a double jogging stroller for your use and easier kid transport to the beach. We also have kid toys, pack-n-play, and high chair. Additionally, we have added bikes for your enjoyment.

Wonderful house especially for families

The house is lovely, exceeded our expectations plus it has everything! Games, books, movies, pool floaties, all the household stuff - dishes, towels, sheets, etc. The pool is fenced which gave it a bit of a windbreak when the beach was windy. The beach is only 1/2 block away, just across the street. Shopping is a short walk away; groceries, as well as cute beach shops. You can use it as a base for further sightseeing. We loved staying here. I would highly recommend this house and will stay here again in the future.

Beach home away from home

This is our second stay at Marla & Darrell's beach house. We cannot use enough superlatives to describe this place. Every thing you can think of needing while on a beach vacation (down to an ipod dock with speakers!) is here. A short walk to a beautiful beach, private, heated pool, it has it all.

Relaxing get away

We loved this house - clean, well equipped (there is more than in the description), close to the beach, restaurants, shops and so on. There are loads of games at the house, more pool/beach towels than you could ever use. Our teens loved the pool. The owners are easy to contact and really helpful, we would stay here again without hesitation

Perfect Home To Get Away To

This is a great house! More than what we expected. Brought teenage girls with us and they loved everything, especially being able to go back and forth from the beach to the pool easily all day. Lots of great parks close by. Husband fished everyday. There are a ton of games and beach stuff at the house which is perfect so you dont have to buy or bring anything. Owners are very nice and you can contact them easily. WE WOULD DEFINETLY COME BACK

Perfect home to rent!

My family and I stayed here in July, and it could not have been more perfect! Absolutely everything we needed was there, and the pool came in very hand with the VERY HOT weather. The house was immaculate, and was within walking distance to the beach. New Smyrna is a great place to vacation, and we will definitely rent from the Nance's again. Thanks for a great time!!!
