This bright and airy cottage is located on a dead end dirt road with a private association beach at the end. It has a beautifully landscaped front yard with a view of Nantucket Sound and a private fenced in back yard. It is located within walking distance of restaurants, ice cream shops and convenience stores. Being located in central Cape Cod allows easy travel to Hyannis (dining, ferries, shopping, nightlife) as well as Provincetown with it's unique attractions. The cottage has three bedrooms(Full, Full, two twins). Ceiling fans in most of the rooms help you keep comfortable and there is almost always a gentle ocean breeze. It is located at 75 Oak St extension in Dennisport. Look it up on a map and you'll see how close to the water it is.

Sit out in the evenings & watch the world go by as you relax on your lounge chair (provided). Don't worry about mosquitoes as the gentle ocean breeze generally keeps them away. There is very little traffic on this road so the kids can play safely. If you want, you can park your car in the driveway and never need it again until you leave. You can walk to the beach on this private dirt road (100 yards) so it is easy to bring all your beach gear with you. Once you get settled you can stroll back to the house to use the bathroom or make lunch and be back to the beach in 2 minutes. You can walk to restaurants, ice cream shops and convenience stores very easily. You can even have Pea Pod deliver your groceries to avoid the Saturday rush at the grocery store. Cape Cod offers an incredible choice of vacation activities so you can do as much or as little as you want. There are wonderful restaurants only a short drive. We can recommend some if you like.
