Point Judith Vacation Rental house

We just returned from our vacation and stayed in this beautiful home - two families of four each. We each have 2 children (~2 & ~4 yrs). It was such a clean, modern & relaxing home. It's centrally located to all beaches which was great b/c we went to Roger Wheeler (closest beach), Narragansett and Scarborough beaches. A little too far to walk (even to RW) b/c you have to lug all of your beach stuff but you could definitely walk there if just out for a stroll without your beach stuff. It had a very nice outdoor shower and the BR's were perfectly laid out for 2 families. 1st floor had 3 BR's, 2nd floor had 1 BR & 3rd floor had 2 BR's. You really felt like you had your own space as a family yet we were always able to hang out together on the 2nd floor. We grilled outside or went to Charlie O's which was the perfect casual restaurant with a huge menu and the food was delicious - it's a 1 min walk away.
The kitchen had almost everything we could possibly need to cook. The ONLY challenge for us was that it didn't have a bathtub and we had little ones with us, some of who were afraid to take a shower. By the end of the week they were all taking showers with no complaints (ha!). There was pIenty of parking but not a yard which would've been nice with young children but we were at the beach all day so it wasn't a problem. I was a little worried about the stairs with the little ones (esp the 21 mo old) but they are wide steps with platforms breaking them up so none of them fell or even stumbled once. If you have kids & are concerned, just bring 2 'pressure' baby gates and you will be fine. We brought a gate and found we didn't even need to use it - the stairs were not too steep. There is plenty of living space on each floor. Nobody ever woke anyone else up b/c there were so many BRs that you could always find a quiet room. One of my favorite things was that every room had a ceiling fan so it was rarely too warm in the house. My other favorite thing was the washer/dryer on the 1st fl - sounds crazy but it was such a modern one and all of our clothes were always clean b/c we loved using it. Wish I had the exact same one myself. The street was quiet. Went to Marshalls/Homegoods & Purple Cow ~2 miles away during naptime. It rained like crazy at the shore one day so we went to the zoo in Providence - it was so great. The owner was so nice when we were booking the property. Overall, a perfect vacation - the house was beautiful - we loved it!!!!!
