Charming antique captains house located in the historic village of Sandwich. House features 3 large bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, 2 family rooms, pantry, laundry room, and exercise / fitness room. Master suite consists of 2 rooms with California King bed and second room with couch and entertainment center. Seasonal views of ocean, marsh, and dunes. Professionally maintained yard that borders public green, for flying kites, walking dogs, etc. 1-2 minute walk to Boardwalk Beach as well as town shops and restaurants. Small boats can be launched at end of road. Off street parking for 4 cars. House is situated in lovely neighborhood that consists of full time and seasonal residents.
