Come stay on Douglas Lake. This home is located just off the main channel with a beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains. This home is great for all kinds of water sports including water skiing, jet skiing, tubing, swimming, and diving right in your own backyard. It is only a half hour drive to the Smoky Mountains where you can go white water rafting or snow skiing. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only an hour drive (approximately 30 miles) where you can find all kinds of excitement and night-life from Ripley's Believe-it-or-not, wax museums, snow skiing, ice skating and the list goes on. Hurry to plan your next vacation, you'll have a blast!

It was a wonderful place. We had a fantastic time. Without a doubt, the cleaning staff (Missy) was outstanding and very helpful. She went out of her way to help in any way she could. She deserves a raise. The only issue we had was the ant problem. If it hadn't been for them I would rate it excellent.

A large interesting home-cute decor & very clean

Clean and safe home, with friendly neighbors. Large kitchens are well stocked with utensils, baby gates are supplied since there are stairs. Grocery and fishing license stores less than 3 miles away. Easy trip into Dollywood area.

We (Grandma and Grandpa) took the boat and rented this house for us and our three children + spouses who could come, and 5 grandchildren aged 2-6. The indoor pool was very large with steps for the baby end, and everyone swam twice a day, plus fishing. Grandpa liked the protection of the covered dock. The view of the lake from the screened-in porch at the front of the pool house is great, and I didn't discover it until the third day.

The home appears to be from the 60's or 70's, and was built in stages by the owner, who loved lots of color. It is well air-conditioned. The owner was a short man, and our 6'4" son had to be cautious in some areas with the many ceiling fans or going from one level to another.

Groundskeeping is in progress to upgrade the old gardens.
