Privacy awaits you in this newly constructed one bedroom retreat. Located in the quiet West on Commercial Street near the Coast Guard and the General Store, you can't beat the location. Step out onto a private deck that is ideal for relaxing or enjoying evening cocktails. The yard is privately fenced featuring beautiful gardens and a charming brick patio with a new gas grill that is right outside your door.

Bedroom features a new queen bed, bureau and has french doors that open onto private deck. Luxurious bed linens and pillows are provided. Kitchen is complete with all the essentials. Beautiful bathroom appointed with custom slate shower, floors and new fixtures. Living room is situated with new sleeper sofa, chair, flat screen TV, DVD and stereo for your enjoyment. Lovely wood floors throughout. A/C, wifi and beach chairs are just a few of the many features. Parking for one car. Well behaved dogs welcome. Modern and well appointed vacation property. Credit cards ok.

There is a small sleeper sofa in the living area that will accommodate one person. The rate that is posted is based on a 2 person occupancy. Additional fee may apply for 3 people. Please inquire with details pertaining to the number of people and pets in your party for accurate quote.

The entertainment lineup in the peak season is first class. Enjoy the bike trails that wind through the National Seashore. Boat and Kayak rentals are located across from the property. There are several bike rentals in the area for the ease of convenience.

  • 50% rental deposit required with the reservation. The remainder is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
    Security deposit of $400 required on all rentals and is fully refundable within 7 days of your departure.

    We do welcome well behaved pets in our lovely condo. We charge an additional $100 fee for approved pets. This fee is not negotiable for weekly rentals. We will consider a lesser fee for short term rentals, such as weekends. We don't discriminate against any Breed or Mutts, LOL
    Please indicate whether or not you will be bringing a dog with you upon your inquiry.

This property is an absolute little gem.
Furnishings and decor are very tasteful. Bedroom overlooks a well-kept private patio and has a really comfortable bed with plush linens.
Beautiful slate-tiled bathroom, kitchen area with all that you need and nice lounge with pull-out sofa.
The property is in immaculate condition and spotlessly clean....you would think that you were the first to rent it.
Great location in a quiet neighbourhood.
I've rented many properties in Provincetown, but this one is the icing on the cake.
Will most definitely be back.

This condo was very well decorated, comfortable, and the location couldn't be beat! A nice getaway after the hustle and bustle of the summer months and the owner was very accommodating during our stay. Will be back!

The property description is accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities. The property was clean, well-maintained, etc. The owner was always reachable, friendly, and willing to assist with any needs. I would highly recommend this property. The location is excellent, it is on the main street and close to all activities, attractions and restaurants. The property also has a fenced and gated yard, perfect for those with dogs!
