Fully renovated cape on Green Harbor, with gorgeous views of the harbor and ocean beyond from sunny deck, kitchen and master bedroom. 5 minute walk to sandy Burke's beach which extends 10 miles to Duxbury beaches. Steps from Marina and restaurants. Open floor plan, gas log fireplace. 3 bedrooms, master has a queen sized bed with large windows to enjoy the ocean sunrise. There are 2 full baths, one on first floor. The home sleeps 6 with single beds in the remaining 2 bedrooms. New 32' flat screen HD TV. Air conditioners in 2 bedrooms. New kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave. All linens, towels, cookware provided. There is a farmers' porch and connecting deck on the harbor. Large backyard for entertaining and off street parking for 4 vehicles. 10 minute drive to Green Harbor(public) Golf Course. Walk to Marina, bait shop. Catch bus to Boston and favorite snacks/beverages at nearby General Store

The real joy of Green Harbor and nearby beaches is that you don't need to drive anywhere one you are there. Your car will stay right where you leave it while you can take leisurely, short walks to anything you want or need. Plenty of restaurants, marina, General Store(with full liquor license) is short walk. Parking for guests and Boston bus stop a few doors down for quick excursions to Boston or for arriving guests. This house is immaculate and fully renovated.
