Immaculate cottage walking distance to Haigis and South Village Beach. This ranch style nest is located on a Private Way dead end street safe for kids and plenty of parking and offers many amenities. Brand new hardwood floors throughout, new sleep sofa with chair and fresh coat of paint inside. There is a deck off the back (recently extended), an outdoor shower and a brand new fire pit. Whether you are just relaxing in the sun or enjoying time with family or friends this is the ultimate vacation home at a bargain price. It is conveniently located to all your day or nighttime needs such as restaurants, shopping, mini golf, championship golf courses and the popular beaches (Haigis, South Village and West Dennis beach). This home away from home is fully equipped with all the necessities you could possibly need. There is even a full set of golf clubs for the avid golfer. Inquiries are beginning to come in, so please be sure to book your preferred vacation week for the summer of 2008.
