Trip to attend a wedding

It was a family trip to attend my son's wedding, being held near Asheville. We consisted of eight people, three of which were grandkids. It may seem odd to some who read this, but four of the party were ex-wives/husbands. The cabin rental was the brainchild of my former wife, and I felt that it would be a good way to show how we remain good friends . The experience was made better by the cabin in the mountains, proximity to the wedding, rehearsals, etc., and the open spaces for the kids to play. The cabin was perfect for what we needed for four days. All amenities were there and the time spent was relaxing and like being at home. Coffee on the outdoor balcony in the mornings made it all worthwhile.
