We were so happy with this condo! It had just about everything you could need. Everything was very clean and comforable; the kitchen was well stocked with pantry staples (spices, flour, sugar, coffee, etc.) and cookware. We were especially pleased with having access to a washer and dryer right in the condo. The location was also great, as we didn't need to find parking downtown and could walk to shops, restaurants and the marina. We will definitely consider staying here again next year!

Quiet area but easy access to everything...

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Would live there if I could! Clean, quiet and well furnished, loved cooking and doing laundry, just like home. Has the best view in town of the Musical Fountain from the rooftop! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Grand Haven :)

Piano Factory Condo Has Everything You Need

This contemorary condominium unit carved into the second floor of a turn of the century piano factory is a delight to live in. From its corner-situated deck overlooking the side street that lets you view the famous Grand Haven nightly Musical Fountain colorful display and the mouth of the Grand River as it flows into Lake Michigan, this condominium unit offers all the ammenities of home. It is located within walking distance of local eateries and retail stores of all kinds.

On most Friday and Saturday evenings from the coziness of the living room, you can gaze out the windows while people are dancing in silence across the street in the second floor Piano Factory banquet hall as this old building’s brick walls silence the merriment of the celebration.

The condominium provides everything you need, and things you did not know you needed, like fresh camera batteries or a needle and thread to fix a loose button, making this condominium rental, a real pleaser. There is no need to bring anything except yourself to enjoy your stay in the Grand Haven area.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The place was extremely clean, well decorated and had all the comforts of home!

The rooftop was very nice to hang out on and the location was great in the middle of everything!
